I moved out, how soon can I get support from my spouse?

It depends on the County in which you filed for divorce or legal separation. All the Courts are over-crowded. On average, it will take between 2 and 3 months to get a Temporary Order Hearing to address financial support however the amount finally ordered by the Court during the TO Hearing can be made retroactive to filing date of your motion if you request.
