Can my child talk to the judge?

Possibly but not likely. The Court does not want children to have to experience the stress of the courtroom or Judge's chambers. In fact, the Court wants the children impacted as little as possible by a divorce or legal separation or Allocation of Parental Responsibilities. Typically, a Child Family Investigator ("CFI) or a Parental Responsibility Evaluator ("PRE") would become involved and that person would meet with the child and then make a report to the Court.
